Teaching Assistant

Lehi, UT

Location: Adobe Offices, Lehi, UT
Schedule: 7 Thursdays in September & October, 4:00–7:00 PM + Saturday, November 7th, 12:30–4:00 PM
Type: Contract / W-9
Audience: Ages 16+
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish required — sessions are delivered in both languages to predominantly Spanish-speaking families.

ClubAbility Foundation is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support our AI Innovation Challenge, an 8-week bilingual program in partnership with Adobe and Meta for participants ages 16+.

Responsibilities

Support instructors during hands-on AI and technology sessions
Assist participants with exercises, projects, and group activities
Facilitate sessions in both English and Spanish
Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment

Digital Literacy Teacher

Salt Lake City, UT

Location: Glendale Branch, Salt Lake City Public Library
Schedule: Wednesdays, October 7 – November 11, 2026 · 6 sessions · 5:00–6:30 PM

Audience: Ages 15+
Language: Bilingual English/Spanish required — participants are primarily Spanish-speaking community members.

ClubAbility Foundation is seeking an instructor to lead a 6-week Digital Literacy course covering practical, everyday digital tools.

Responsibilities

Teach Google Calendar (scheduling, invites, reminders)
Teach Zoom basics (joining, screen sharing, settings)
Introduce practical AI tools for everyday tasks
Cover essential computer skills: file management, browsers
Teach keyboard shortcuts: copy, paste, and other essentials

Bountiful, UT

Location: Bountiful, UT
Schedule: 15–20 hours per week, weekdays + community events on weekends

Language: Bilingual English/Spanish required — this role involves direct outreach to Spanish-speaking families and community partners.

ClubAbility Foundation is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of our community STEM programs. This role requires comfort with data management, graphic design tools, and AI.

Responsibilities

Coordinate program schedules, logistics, and community events
Create visual content and promotional materials (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
Manage data, reports, and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets
Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and communications
Support outreach to families and community partners
Track attendance, outcomes, and program metrics

3D Design & Printing Teacher

Salt Lake City, UT

Location: Glendale Branch, Salt Lake City Public Library (MakerBot printer on-site)
Schedule: Mondays, October 5 – November 9, 2026 · 6 sessions · 3:00–4:30 PM
Type: Contract / W-9
Audience: Ages 10+
Language: English required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

ClubAbility Foundation is seeking an instructor to lead a 6-week 3D Design course using Tinkercad. Students will learn 3D modeling fundamentals and see their designs printed on the library's MakerBot printer.

Responsibilities

Teach Tinkercad basics: navigation, shapes, grouping, measurements
Guide students from concept to printed object
Experience with slicing software preferred (Bambu Studio, Cura, or similar)
Manage a mixed-age group (10+)
